# Ask AI
Ask questions about using Nested Knowledge without leaving your nest.
**Ask AI** answers questions about using **Nested Knowledge** while you work in a nest. It draws answers from our documentation here and links to its sources.
Use it to understand a module, find a setting, or define a term. **Ask AI** doesn't read your nest data, so use [**Synthesis Chat**](/review-workflow/synthesis/navigate-synthesis-outputs/synthesis-chat.md) for questions about your review.
Select Ask AI from the top-right corner of an open nest.
### Opening Ask AI
The **Ask AI** button sits at the top right of every page in an open nest.
1. Select **Ask AI**.
2. Select the close button when you finish.
### Ask A Question
1. Type your question in **Ask me anything**.
2. Select **Ask**, or press `Enter`.
3. Review the answer and its source pages.
Select a source to read the full documentation. Select **Stop** to interrupt a long answer.
**Further Reading** opens the documentation for your current module. Select **Get Human Support** if your question remains unresolved.
Ask AI answers questions and links to its documentation sources.
### What To Expect
**Ask AI** answers only from **Nested Knowledge** documentation. Confirm important details against the linked sources.
**Ask AI** only saves the last query sent across all nests.
Email if you spot an incorrect answer.
